Aster Amoyo came to defend their group who raised funds for fromer veteran actor John Regala.
It happened after Regala claimed that he didn’t received any amount from Aster, Nadia Montenegro and Chuckie Dreyfus.
Moreover, the three personalities were only some who immediately helped the veteran actor.
But this was later denied by Regala.
To clear the issue ans give their receipts, Aster Amoyo finally speaks up about this matter.
In an interview with Raffy Tulfo, Amoyo made some clarifications about where the money went that they have gathered frim asking financial help.
“Lahat ng gastusin from his hospital bills, medicines, groceries, suweldo ng caregiver at iba pang kagamitang binili for John ay nakalista.”
Amoyo went on saying that the donations given by Sen. Bong Revilla and Vic Sotto went directly to the bank account of Regala.
She then revealed that they almost garnered a total of 300,000 pesos including the $1,000 dollars from the ex-wife of Regala, Au Manansala-Hunt. Even Liza Dino gave P10,000 and Cong. Ronnie Ong donated P20,000.
Meanwhile, fellow actor Chuckie Dreyfus also belied John’s claim when the two was invited in a virtual meeting on Raffy Tulfo’s program.
According to the “That’s Entertainment” actor, he, Montenegro and Amoyo transferred P115,000 to Regala’s account.
Dreyfus also claimed that he, Montenegro and Amoyo also gave a breakdown of the funds from those who donated.
Regala, meanwhile, said that he did not receive the list.
But Dreyfus told Tulfo that he handed the list to Regala’s assistant, Teddy Imperial.
