Fastfood Crew Suprised By Boyfriend’s Marriage Proposal While At Work

A marriage proposal is an event where one person in a relationship asks for the other’s hand in marriage. If accepted, it marks the initiation of engagement, a mutual promise of later marriage. It often has a ritual quality.

Although most potential couples discuss their willingness to marry for a significant amount of time before a proposal occurs. Many men may schedule a specific time and place for the proposal to be made, it can also be intended as a surprise.

For this young woman, it was an indeed a breathtaking surprise when her boyfriend finally popped in the question in the one of the most unexpected spot, her work place.

Emily Donque Beriong, a fast food crew at the Chowking branch in Kidapawan City cannot hide her happiness as her boyfriend Mr. Dexter John Dosea Tuyan asked her hand in marriage. The viral photos of their sweet moment showed Tuyan using a Php500 bill with a note saying “Will You Marry Me” attached to it. He also has a boquet full of small stuffed panda toys as a gift.


He mostly likely hid his proposal by ordering a food to Emily like any normal customer would do. The young woman has no idea of her boyfriend’s proposal was stunned upon reading the note on the money. She seen was smiling speechlessly beyond the fastfood counter. And like every proposal, Dexter even kneeled in front of the counter top as he awaits Emily’s answer.

According to Emily’s post, the proposal happened last July 13 as the couple celebrates their anniversary. The images was well received by the netizens and has already garnered 48k reactions and 36k shares as of writing.
