The city of Tagaytay has been a famous tourist destination in the Philippines because of its breath taking scenery and the cool climate provided by its high altitude. For the past several years, there had been a continous increase in the city’s progress as more and more commercial establishments are built. The place has been also been a hot spot for real estate brokers, taking advantage of the scenic views to further sweeten the deals of the lots and properties for sale.
But one property for sale recently went viral on social media because of the unbelievable addon the owner has included on the deal.
As posted by the facebook page Staycationist, the multi level house property was indeed a sight to behold. Built in 2018, the house has three floors. IThas a floor area of 297 square meters and 485 square meters for the lot area.
The lower ground has the multi purpose that can be converted into a guest room. It also has an entertainment room which has its own toilet and bathroom. The room for the house help (maid, driver) and utility room was also situated within the same level. The garage on the other hand can accomodate two vehicles.
The ground level houses the master’s bedroom that also has its own toilet and bathroom, and a balcony. It also serves three more rooms with the same amenities as mentioned above.
The upper ground floor is where the kitchen and the dining area is. The living room, powder room, garden, foyer and an additional garage are situated on this level of the house.
The total price for this well sophisticated abode would cost you 38 million in cash which is not really a bad deal considering the design of the place plus it is situated in a guarded executive subdivision.
But just when you thought the sale could not be any sweeter, the seller of the house will also include a very rare addon: a limited edition Mustang GT sports car which has a price range of 2.8 to 3.7 million according to the website carmudi. In fact, the model is said to be so rare that it is the 1 of the only 2 car models distributed all over Asia.
